Our designer will take your ideas and bring them to life in the shape of a USB person. There is no limit on creativity, color, shape and expression for your USB person. We have designed robots, monsters and even Lego characters.
The general size of a USB person is about 2″ inches tall by 1″ wide and 1″ deep (50mm X 25mm X 25mm). The flash drive can be USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 technology and may range in digital capacity from 1GB to 128GBs. The flash drive technology may be customized to any requirement for your project, including write protection, encryption or copy protection.
The USB people are easy to use, just take off the head and access the drive! Below are eight examples which USB Copier designed for previous clients. Each design we printed a customized logo to further customize the product.
Keep in mind, these are example of USB people, so if you need a specific character other than a person, we are up for the challenge. Visit our other page of custom USB flash drives to get the creative juices flowing.

USB flash drive technology is based off NAND flash memory storage. These devices are available in USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 technology. USB 2.0 technology (custom USB People) flash drives will copy data at about 8MB/second and read about 20MB/second. USB 3.0 technology is faster and when connected to a USB 3.0 port the write speed (copy speed) is about 20MB/second and read speeds are about 40MB/second. We recommend USB 3.0 technology for projects which require 8GB drives or larger. To learn more about the different USB technologies please visit the Wikipedia USB flash drive page.
